2. Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within 48 hours of receiving your order confirmation email.

Orders are shipped directly from our Australian warehouse.

We provide 2 business day delivery for most Australian metro areas.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there will be a significant delay in shipment, we will contact you via email or phone.

3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Standard Shipping (Australia-wide): Estimated delivery 2 business days from dispatch.

Remote or regional areas may take longer (3–5 business days).

We currently ship within Australia only. International shipping may be introduced in the future.

4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched:

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email containing your tracking number(s).

Tracking numbers will be active within 24 hours of dispatch.

You can track your order using the link provided in your email.

5. Damages & Lost Parcels

Alpha Labs is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping once they are in the hands of the carrier.

If you receive your order damaged:

1. Please contact the shipment carrier immediately to file a claim.

2. Retain all packaging materials and damaged goods as proof.
